1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer unless they are defective upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable or personal care products that have been opened.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
4. Return Process

5. Refunds
