1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer unless they are defective upon arrival.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
